Our Team

JENNI SMITH, SPIRITUAL LIFE PASTOR

Jenni is our Spiritual Life Pastor and gives oversight to our preschool and women’s ministries, and is part of our teaching team. Through the years she has directed church preschool/daycares, church nursery and preschool ministries, midweek girls programs, and has been a full time Children’s Pastor.

Jenni is a great wife, mom of 5 (because the son-in-law counts), a pastor, communicator, and works full time as an elementary school librarian while serving part time at the church.

Jenni loves to be sitting around a camp fire or game table with friends and family or at the dinner table hearing the chatter and banter of her loved ones.

THERIN CABRERA, FAMILY MINISTRIES AND CREATIVE ARTS

Therin gives oversight to youth, elementary kids, worship team, tech and our internship program. He's also a part of the teaching team. His wife Jori and their three children are great part of the life of NWFC. Therin is a movie fan and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

NATHANIEL “NANO” SHAMALA, OPERATIONS, YOUNG ADULTS AND CREATIVE ARTS

Pastor Nano gives oversight to young adults, worship team, tech and church operations. He's also a part of the teaching team. He is married to Arianna and are expecting their first baby very soon.

DOUG THOMAS, SENIOR ASSOCIATE PASTOR

Doug gives oversight to street to seat, missions. discipleship, new believers and care. He's also a part of the teaching team. He and his wife Karen have been missionaries for most of their years in ministries.
